The Sana Vacuum Dewatering System is designed to eliminate all effects of extra water presence Inside the concrete. Through Vacuum treatment, the surplus water is removed from the concrete ratio is drastically reduced after placing. A lowered water/cement ratio automatically leads to noticeable improvement of almost each of the concrete properties.
Form Work: Construction of floor begins with careful preparation. Before casting MS Channel are generally used as formwork. They act as a stopper, also as a support for pulling the screed. also as a support for pulling the screed board vibrator.
Needle Vibration: Once the concrete is poured into a panel. it is poker vibrated by the needle for compaction stone, gravel, and cement.
Screed Vibration: Needle Vibration never gives a level surface. but when this type of vibration is combined with screed vibration the concrete surface becomes level and smooth screed vibration ensures overall compaction of concrete.
Vacuum Process: The surplus water is extracted out of the concrete by the liquid ring vacuum pump. Vacuum Dewatering lowers the water ration in the concrete by 15-25% which increase the compressive strength and wear resistance of the concrete. Vacuum process takes only 5 minutes per inch thickness of the concrete slab. The Concrete is driven and compacted so tightly that a man can walk on the fresh concrete directly after it is vacuum treated.
Floating: The floating operation takes place immediately after the vacuum Dewatering & later maxing and grinding of cement takes place. The Cement particles are split apart and mixed with the sand particles which gives a very strong and wear resistant surface.
Trowelling: In order to further improve the wear resistance and fine finish, the concrete surface is power trowel.
